SOLAR ENERGY PUMPING SYSTEM TOTAL CAPACITY 6000W IN DUC LINH DISTRICT, BINH THUAN PROVINCE

Solar pumping system has been put into operation for nearly 2 years in Duc Tai Commune, Duc Linh District, Binh Thuan province. The system will operate and provide irrigation water for nearly 22 hectares of gardens intercropped with fruit trees and perennial industrial plants.

• Deployment system: Total wattage 6000W for three solar pumps. Includes two pump systems 3HP (2200W) and 1 pump system 2HP (1500W)
• Location: Duc Tai Commune, Duc Linh District, Binh Thuan Province.
• Pumping demand: Pumping from the canal into the sprinkler system.
• Garden areas: 22 hectares, including 10 hectares of fruit trees

Water Pump Model

The system consists of 3 pump stations in different locations to divide and exploit each area.

Surrounding the garden is a full irrigation canal system. The task of the pump system is to pump up and disperse into the existing sprinkler system.

The arrounding locality is still growing rice and is orienting to gradually change the structure to fruit trees

In the customer’s garden, there is still about 1.5 hectares of rice growing and structure to fruit cultivation

Station 1:  Pump 2HP

Station 1 will take advantage of the existing roof for deployment.

Solar panels are installed together with the existing solar system to raise bird’s

Station 2 and station 3: Pump 3HP

Station 2 and station 3 will install the same  pump capacity 3HP. These stations will have to make truss frames to place solar panels because there is no roof nearby.

Operation and results

The pumps are connected to the sprinkler system and are operated at 16:15 pm. It was late afternoon, but the system worked well and smoothly.

The sprinkler in the system is filled and rotates evenly and keeps the balance of the nozzles in the system
